The use of high repetition frequency and high power pulse to generate cold plasma is an indispensable technical means in the field of nuclear technology, and in industrial applications, it is the pursuit of small and compact equipment, flexible changes in waveform and shorter rise time to ensure the fine nanosecond control of the pulse. The development of solid-state switches has significantly helped the efficiency, output stability, and circuit diversity of high-voltage PPG(Power Electronic Pulse Generator). The SSLTD(Solid State Linear Transformer Driver) developed in this research can superimpose the induced voltage of any number of modules to output by inductive energy storage, which can theoretically achieve quite high output power. At the same time, the FPGA chip is programmed to independently control the pulse frequency and pulse width of each module, which can generate a more complex and refined output waveform, and adjust it through the output feedback to automatically approach the target waveform.
