The KEK electron/positron injector linac has been updated for SuperKEKB phase III. The early stage of phase III commissioning started from this March. With the purpose of generating high charge electron beam with low emittance and low energy spread for the large stored current and short lifetime of SuperKEKB ring, high pulse energy laser driven RF gun is adopted as the sole electron source for SuperKEKB commissioning. Meanwhile, the positron beam with highs quality is produced with the upgraded positron capture section and damping ring. In addition, the simultaneous injection mode is available for SuperKEKB, PF and PF-AR injection. The present status and achievements of this commissioning are introduced.
